What is your return policy?
For all our hammocks, including camping hammocks, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For you to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, that is, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How long will it take for my new hammock to arrive?
We try to get all orders out as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days – once it’s dispatched, delivery is typically between 7 and 10 working days.
