Order Policy

Order processing
The order cut off time for same-day order processing is 12:00pm onwards, Australian Eastern Standard Time. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day. Any orders placed during a weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Please allow 2 full business days for your order to be dispatched.

Order confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been processed, and another once it has shipped detailing your order tracking number.
